CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) PROTOCOL: The health and safety of our patients, staff and
community is paramount. In this ever changing environment we are committed to providing essential services in a safe and prudent manner. We are closely monitoring the latest news reports and guidelines from our national and local agencies. We are adhering to the following guidelines, derived from the CDC, Maricopa Health Department and other like-minded businesses from across the country.

CONTINUED CLEANLINESS
We have always and will continue to:

 Require staff to clean deeply all table/equipment/surfaces after contact
 Provide soap and sanitizer that meets CDC requirements for antiviral disinfectant
 Perform nightly deep cleaning of each clinic. We have increased the depth and frequency of clinic sterilization

STERILIZATION

 We have increased the depth and frequency of clinic sterilization using disinfectant that
qualifies under the EPA’s emerging viral pathogen program
 All high touch areas such as light switches, doorknobs, faucets, chairs, tables, equipment, etc.
 All office space will be sterilized including computers and mouse, keyboards, surfaces, keypads, telephones, etc.
 All bathrooms toilets, sinks, faucets, dispensers, floors, etc.

SCREENING/TREATMENT PROTOCOLS

 All staff and patients will have their temperature checked upon entering the facility. If any
person presents with s/s of illness will respectfully ask them to leave upon and pursue
appropriate medical treatment
 Soap, Disinfectant and Disinfectant wipes will be available for patient use
 Disposable gloves will be available for patients and are mandatory for all therapist use during any contact with patients

TELEHEALTH

 In the instances that we are not able to safely provide one on one contact with the injured
worker we are able to provide therapy via telehealth measure

TEAM MEMBER/PATIENT GUIDELINES
Per CDC guidelines, we are requiring all staff and also ask the same of our patients to:

 Wash their hands and/or sanitize after each interaction with any individual
 Avoid close contact with people who are sick
 Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
 Cover your cough/sneeze with a tissue then, throw the tissue in the trash and wash hands
 Wash hands for at least 20 seconds required after going to the bathroom, sneezing, coughing, or any time the hands are dirty
 If water is not readily available use CDC recommended hand sanitizer provided by our clinic
