It’s Time to Set your Health Goals!

The New Year is here and setting health goals, among other resolutions, is a great way to start making small adjustments to a healthier lifestyle!

At Above & Beyond Physical Therapy, we want to help you make healthy and smart choices as you begin the New Year. Remember, a healthy resolution isn’t only about losing weight and eating right. Although those are important goals to your overall health, consider answering the questions we have gathered below to help you set attainable health goals in 2013.

In 2013 ask yourself these questions…

• Do I have a health condition I will take care of?

• Will I schedule a preventative appointment?

• Will I make an important health decision for myself? If so, what is the most important step I can take toward achieving it?

• Do I have an unhealthy habit I can give up? What will I do to stick with it, and can I replace it with a healthy habit?

• What is the most important thing I can do to improve my physical state?

• What is the most important thing I can do to improve my emotional state?

We wish you happiness and success in achieving your Healthy Resolutions in 2013. Schedule a complimentary injury assessment if you would like us to assess an ache or pain you want to resolve in 2013!
